The Guild seeks to share knowledge, resources, and networks with our target population in the District, in hopes of helping the underrepresented find opportunities for future success.
In order to do this vital work in these communities, we need your help to accomplish our mission. We would like to enlist your assistance for monetary support as well as volunteering. We need your continued commitment in these endeavors to get the job done. Your off time and contributions are essential to ensuring the program services our target population.
All donations received are tax-deductible and appropriate filing documents will be sent to all donors in December of every year.

Our membership is comprised of 30 minority millennial mid-level executives. We look forward to your participation in continuing our efforts to make a difference in the lives of youth in the underserved neighborhoods of DC. Our members play an active role in our outreach and are encouraged to participate in HG programming and/or hosting events in their professional environments.
